What Brazilians drink on holiday in Cornwall. Our version of a caipirinha.

  • 40ml Elderberry Mead
  • 20ml Cachaca
  • 1/2 Lime (wedges)
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 Blueberries (sliced)

Mix Elderberry Mead with the South American Cachaca. Muddle this with all the other ingredients into the glass with crushed ice. Add some more lime on the top to garnish.
