CHERRY MEAD and Amaretto meet to make a smooth ‘sour’.

  • 50ml CHERRY MEAD
  • 10ml Almond Syrup
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 10ml Amaretto di Saronno

Shake all ingredients firstly without ice. Shake again, gently with ice for a creamy foam. Garnish with crushed amaretto biscuits and a few drops of cherry juice.
